Greetings from GS1 India!
GS1 India is organising an annual subscriber conference - GS1 India Forum 2024, wherein there will be an awards program to acknowledge organizations within GS1 India community. Participating organisations will be required to prove their candidature as exemplars for a transforming drive and innovative approach in their businesses with implementation of GS1 standards. The event will take place at The Lalit, Mumbai on 8th February 2024.
This recognition via awards will give a face to GS1 India’s mission which is to support businesses uniquely identify products, location and share information in a structured and standardized manner. We wish to appreciate our members who have benefitted from standards-based services and consequently enabled digital transformation and magnified supply chain efficiency.
Criteria for nomination is quite simple. Send us a presentation, a brief note and a video displaying the success story of how adherence to standards transformed your business journey. You can highlight the growth trajectory and other transformative changes achieved after implementation of GS1 standards and data services.

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
Solution Implementation should be in existence for more than 6 months.
- Solution should have demonstrated qualitative & quantitative outcomes.
NOMINATION GUIDELINES
- To begin, fill in the required details
- Upload the presentation, brief note and video
- Application requires some mandatory fields, but we encourage you to fill up all the available fields to help the jury in judging the nomination
Each applicant would be required to fill in the nomination form received in the mail along with required uploads. A presentation, brief note and a video (up to 5 minutes duration) to be uploaded with online application.
The nomination form is available in the mail and must only be submitted online with all the relevant details by 22nd Dec 2023. The organizers will not be responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information. Any discrepancy arising from such information will be the liability of the nominee and might lead to cancellation.
In case of any clarification required by the eminent jury or knowledge partner, GS1 India team may contact the nominee organization at any time during the process. In case of any query from the nominee organizations, they may reach out to us via email (subrato@gs1india.org). It is the responsibility of the nominee to provide all the required details within the communicated timeline, failing which will lead to the cancellation of nomination.

The awards program should not be construed as any endorsement or as an indication of trade promotion. The selection process for this awards program is entirely discretionary which includes a voting process by a panel of judges. The process is based on a subjective criterion and a limited universe of candidates, and therefore there can be no assurance that a different panel of judges would not select other submissions as the winners. The decision of GS1 India, based on the recommendations of the Jury, will be final and binding on all candidates / participating organisations.
It is assured that the data provided by the candidates shall be used only for ascertaining and evaluating during the awards program. The data furnished and the identity of the candidates will be kept confidential. However, in no event will GS1 India be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, candidates’ participation in the awards program.
